United States

In the United States, FCCI groups operate either under the banner of FCCI or under the U.S. banner, Christ@Work. The Christ@Work brand positions FCCI within the broader workplace ministry movement by highlighting our calling to equip and encourage Business Owners, CEOs, as well as Business Leaders. This permits an entry point for future owner/CEOs or Next Generation Leaders.
8-Week Introductory Module
By investing 1.5 hours per week for 8 weeks, you can get a taste of a Business Leader Group and some incredible resources available through FCCI's Pathway to PurposeTM. Groups can start with an 8-Week Introductory Module. Each group member receives a workbook and DVDs, supporting each lesson. It's a great way to let God confirm that a Business Leader Group is for you. Click on the link below to print the registration form. Complete the form and fax, mail, or email to FCCI.

Group Leader Equipping Resource
Even if you have never led a cell group before, FCCI / Christ@Work has a tool that will enable you to start and lead your new Business Leadership Group with confidence. Email csr@fcci.org and ask for information on our excellent DVD-based Leadership Training course. It only takes about 2 hours to learn best practices from some our most experienced leaders.
2 Levels of Group Involvement
Business Leadership Group (BLG) – in groups of six to twelve, members meet weekly (or occassionally bi-weekly) to share counsel and support with trusted and like-minded peers, to pray together, to travel the Pathway to PurposeTM and to praise God for the amazing things we see happening in and through their companies. Our goal is simply to help each other be Christ@Work - in our homes, our careers, our community and our world.
Council of Business Advisors(CBA) – this facilitator-led program involves groups of eight to twelve meeting monthly for four to six hours. The agenda has the same foundation as that of a BLG, but the extended time allows deeper involvement in each others businesses, as well as in the resources that FCCI and the group facilitator bring to the table. In addition to the group session, the facilitator provides coaching for each group member throughout the month. All of which helps members lead their businesses for Christ by giving them practical, hands-on advice on how to shape their organization, and set it up for long-term success.
