31st FCCI International Conference
Be equipped and encouraged in Tucson, Arizona
Sunday, September 26 to Thursday, September 30, 2010
Tucson, Arizona
In a business world shaken by economic and political uncertainty, 2010 is a perfect time to go Back to the Basics. What does it mean to "lead a company for Christ"? What would Jesus do if He were a leader in your company? How do you intentionally plan to have Kingdom impact in and through your business? Can you know if you and your business are really being transformed?
To deal with such foundational issues, the 2010 International Conference will have a unique, foundational flavor as we hear from Bruce Cook, Kent Humphreys, Pat MacMillan and Walt Wiley. In addition, we will be highlighting the timeless wisdom of Larry Burkett, who spoke so powerfully ... and accurately ... about our current turmoil at our International Conference ... in 2002!
Keynote speakers for 2010:

Bruce E. Cook is founder and CEO of Choosing the Best Publishing, LLC, and is past president and CEO of Rapha, a national healthcare organization. Bruce founded and served as CEO of Leadership Dynamics International, as National Director of "Here's Life America" and on management task forces for AT&T, United Airlines and Coca-Cola. An author, Cook is a graduate of Georgia Tech and holds an MBA from Harvard. He and wife, Donna, have two children.

Kent Humphreys has been a business leader for nearly forty years. While owning and operating a nationwide general merchandise distribution business, he worked with the nation's largest retailers. Since selling the family business in 1997, Kent continues to be involved in real estate, private equities, and a medical distribution business. From 2002 through 2007, he served FCCI as president, and now serves as a worldwide Ambassador. Kent and Davidene have three children and eight grandchildren.

Pat MacMillan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of TRIAXIA Partners, formerly Team Resources, Inc. Pat’s seasoned expertise in strategy, leadership development, and team building practices has made a difference in client performance and results for over 30 years. Prior to founding TRIAXIA Partners, Pat was involved in training thousands of executives in seminars throughout Europe, Canada, Africa, and the U.S. while serving as Executive Vice President for Leadership Dynamics, a management training and consulting firm. Pat is the author of Hiring Excellence – Six Steps to Making Good People Decisions. His most recent book, The Performance Factor (2001), helps readers unlock the secrets of high performance teamwork.

Walt Wiley has spent his adult life talking. A former Walk Thru the Bible seminar instructor and chaplain of the Atlanta Braves, Walt speaks and teaches regularly in various settings. His style is motivational, inspirational, Biblical, practical and peppered with lots of humor – that is why he is one of FCCI’s favorites. Walt and his wife Patti live in Charlotte, NC and have two grown sons.

- Buck Jacobs

- Don Barefoot
As FCCI continues to be committed to building the Kingdom of God, we are excited to announce that we will be having yet another outstanding business organization as our special guest at the 31st Annual FCCI International Conference. In the past we’ve honored and celebrated our relationships with Kingdom Way Companies (Jim Dismore), Crown Financial Ministries, Business Proverbs (Steve Marr), CBMC and others. This year we are blessed to welcome an organization that has its roots in FCCI – The C12 Group.
C12 was founded in 1992 by Buck Jacobs, a long-time senior business executive who served in Florida as state director for FCCI. It was as he worked with FCCI groups that he developed the concept that became C12. Today, C12 exists in numerous markets across America and has been a source of blessing and life-enhancement to several hundred CEOs/Owners and thousands of employees, customers and suppliers, many of whom have come to the Lord after having been touched by C12 member companies in ways which share a bit of God’s provision and purpose.
C12’s current President and CEO, Don Barefoot, will be one of our plenary speakers, and C12 will provide resources for two or three of our breakout sessions – including one led by Buck.
Through 15 powerful and practical breakouts (5 each day), around banquet tables, over coffee, by the pool, FCCI Members from around the world will share answers to the questions that have drawn men and women to the FCCI Vision for over 30 years. Being equipped and encouraged is a guarantee!
And don't forget, FCCI is committed to the belief that you (and your spouse) need time to decompress, to build relationships (to shop), and to refresh your spirit. That means that onced again every afternoon will remain open, and on Tuesday you can have both the afternoon and evening for yourselves.
In 2009, we were reminded that God Called us into business. Now in 2010 we continue to explore how we respond to that call - especially in these circumstances. Come share the practical wisdom that comes from those who have done and are doing what FCCI is equipping an encouraging all of us to do - to operate our businesses and conduct our personal lives in accordance with biblical principals.

Pre-Conference Study Tour
Travel with us and experience CEO’s who embrace unashamedly Christian values and lead their companies using scriptural principles. America, the largest economy in the world, gains a spiritual strength not just from its churches, but also from ethical companies run by dedicated Christian leaders. This dynamic has many names: God@Work, Kingdom Companies, or just BAM (Business as Mission). The crucial topic is: How can a Christian entrepreneur not only live by ethical values but also use the company as a strong platform to proclaim the gospel?
The tour will finish with the participation in the 31st Annual International Conference of the Fellowship of Companies for Christ International (FCCI) at the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain in Tucson, Arizona.
