Terence Chatmon, President & CEO
Terence brings a diverse, 20-year background in corporate, entrepreneurial and non-profit ministry leadership. Mature in his faith, he is a visionary and strong relationship-builder with a proven track record of integrity and fruitfulness. Humility and passion are hallmarks of his leadership, someone who will genuinely lead FCCI by daily Christian example.”
Following completion of studies in Marketing at the University of Illinois, Chatmon’s corporate business career included leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Citibank, and Coca Cola. Journeying into entrepreneurship, for 10 years, he was a multi-store Atlanta Bread Company franchisee.
In the non-profit arena, he served as a church as teen ministry leader, later he became an elder at Perimeter Church in Atlanta, and a teacher for Bible Study Fellowship. After authoring a popular Bible-based family enrichment course, Focus on the Family brought him on staff in Colorado Springs as Vice President of Community Impact Outreach. Terence's workshop materials, "Charting Your Family's Spiritual Course" is now a Focus on the Family product, distributed globally. Most recently, he served as President of Urban Ministries in Chicago, the largest independent African-American publishing and media company in the United States.

Frank Vann, Director of Operations & Finance
Frank joined the staff of FCCI in May 2008 to help facilitate the transition and set up of the company’s corporate offices in Atlanta and to manage its operations. Prior to joining FCCI, Frank served as COO for a management and administrative services company where he was responsible for the organization’s daily operations and cash flow management.
Before beginning his business career, Frank spent seven years in the Air Force as a survival instructor, four of which were served teaching cadets at the U.S. Air Force Academy. After graduating from Auburn University with a BS in Aviation Management, he entered the general aviation industry and was promoted through various organizations to the position of Senior Vice President of Operations for Hughes Aviation Services. Frank has more than twenty-five years of operational management/leadership experience of multi-based operational facilities, and is a licensed commercial pilot and aircraft mechanic. He spent five years in the restaurant industry as the co-owner/ VP of a major restaurant. Frank has served on several Auburn University curriculum advisory boards, as a Director on the National Air Transportation Association Board of Directors and as President of the Florida Aviation Trade Association.
Frank and his wife Caryle are members at Perimeter Church in Atlanta and are very active in several local and international community transformation projects, BPI - the church’s marketplace outreach, and the life-on-life discipleship program. They serve in several leadership positions. Caryle is the Senior Manager, Engineering Services for Genentech – the leading biotechnology company. Together they have three grown children and two grandchildren.

Kent Humphreys, Ambassador
Kent Humphreys has been a business leader for nearly forty years. While owning and operating a nationwide general merchandise distribution business, he worked with the nation's largest retailers. Since selling the family business in 1997, Kent continues to be involved in real estate, private equities, and a medical distribution business. From 2002 through 2007, he was president of Fellowship of Companies for Christ International, an organization that equips and encourages Christian business owners who desire to use their companies as a platform for ministry. Kent now serves them as a worldwide ambassador for FCCI / Christ@Work / Crown Companies.
For many years, Kent has spent much of his time ministering to business leaders, pastors, and students across the country through speaking, writing, and mentoring. He has spoken in seminaries across the United States and Canada and at numerous international conferences. He travels extensively overseas several times each year. He served for many years on the board of directors of The Navigators, Integris Hospital, a couple of seminaries, and other charitable organizations. Kent and his wife Davidene have written a number of books including: Show and then Tell (Moody Press, 2000), Shepherding Horses Volume I, 2006, Shepherding Horses, Volume II (formerly Lasting Investments) and Encouragement for Your Journey Alone, Meditations for Widows (Tate Publishing). Most recently, Kent is developing a Christ@Work series with the first two books entitled Christ@Work: Opening Doors, and Christ@Work: In Your Transition. Steve Campbell, U.S. Field Director
In 1978, as a brand new Christian, Steve was immediately thrust into small group leadership, which continues until today. Steve had 27 years of experience in the furniture industry, serving as both a branch manager for Haverty’s Furniture and CEO of a large independent operation in Fayetteville, NC. Steve has a BS in Business Administration from Liberty University. His ‘sideline interests’ have included software development, General Contracting, and ordination as a Deacon, Elder, and President of Church of the Open Door Inc, Fayetteville, NC. He and Donna now serve the lay leadership team in a church plant, Capital Community Church, Raleigh, NC.
During his season of company leadership in the furniture industry, the fellowship, encouragement and counsel of Christian peers was key to accomplishments that included regional and national recognition by vendors, peers and a regional marketing association. Introduction to FCCI as a vehicle to complement all of the above marked a significant milestone in Steve’s walk with Christ in the marketplace.
In 1997, Steve began serving FCCI as Piedmont Regional Director, serving members in the Carolinas and Virginia. In 2003, Steve was reassigned to serve the states east of the Mississippi, later becoming US Field Director in 2008.
Steve is married to Donna, his college sweetheart. They have three daughters, Heather, a CCICU-RN, Jenny, an interior designer and Leah, in the training dept at Redhat. 2 Grand-daughters fill their halls with laughter. Steve’s life verse is John 14:12.

Peter Briscoe, European Director
Peter Briscoe is an Englishman, born in 1950, and studied Industrial Chemistry and Management at Loughborough University of Technology, England. He moved to The Netherlands in 1974 and was asked by his company to set up a subsidiary in Holland from 1978 where he was Managing Director until 1986. From 1987-1989, Peter was Executive Director of the Christian Businessmen’s Committees (CBMC in The Netherlands.) Typical CBMC activities are prayer breakfasts in boardrooms, hotels and even parliaments to pray for Gods activity in the lives of a business, civic or national leader; outreach events such as banquets in major hotels to present Jesus Christ to the business and professional people; leadership
development ‘colleges’, seminars and courses designed to motivate leaders to reach out to others.
Peter then became president of Europartners, a movement dedicated to reaching European business and professional people for Christ and helping Christians in positions of leadership in business, politics, and other professions to “go and make disciples in all nations. ” This
movement was set up in 1990 and by 2002 there were local national movements in 28 European countries, encompassing around 500 local groups and some 5000 active co-workers. Now,
Peter continues as a Board member to lead this organization to reach and teach top leaders about Jesus.
From 2002, Peter took an assignment as Managing Director of HE Space Operations with offices in Houston, Katwijk and Bremen, serving the European Space Institutions, and specialized in providing professional services for Human Spaceflight activities. Peter lead a team of some 50 people, made up of medical doctors, biologists, engineers, physicists and business specialists. Two new program in which the company is involved are the Galileo GPS satellite systems and the Journey to Mars program “Aurora’.
From September 2006, Peter is retiring once again from business to develop the ministry of Crown Financial Ministries and Crown Companies in Europe.
At home in Leiden, Peter is a member of the Leiden Baptist Church where he has recently finished a term of service as Chair of the elder board and also the board of trustees for the last seven years. He is married to his Dutch wife Didie since 1972 and they have three grown up daughters.

Pat McGrath, Director of Hispanic Ministries
Pat McGrath was born and raised in Mexico City. After graduating in 1977 with a Business degree from New Mexico State University he married Donna, and returned to Mexico City to help run a family business specialized in supplying heavy mining equipment to the Mexican Market.
In 1981 Pat became the CEO, and, by Gods Grace, through a series of mergers and acquisitions the company grew to be the leading supplier of mining and construction equipment in Mexico. During 27 years of challenging experiences, the Lord used the company to forge Pat's character and impact many employees, suppliers and customers for Christ. This served as a foundation and experience for his present responsibility as Board Member and Hispanic Director for the Fellowship of Companies for Christ International.
Pat and Donna have been married for over 30 years, and have a burden for evangelism, encouraging leaders and those in the mission field. They have ministered to business leaders and pastors through out Latin America via seminars and speaking engagements where Donna has also used her bilingual singing gifts to encourage others.
Donna earned a Mathematics and Physical Education degree, and for several years taught high school in Mexico City. She has been very much involved over the last 26 years in being a full time mother, leading Bible Studies, singing and serving in many capacities of the El Paso Public School System including as president of various Grade, Middle and High School PTA’s. Pat and Donna have been richly blessed with three children and presently reside in El Paso Texas.

Mario Denton, African Director
Mario Denton was born in 1955 in the province of Cape Town, South Africa, and has a solid Christian praying and committed family background. He came to Christ when he was 16 years old. Mario is the study leader of 160 MBA research projects, published 8 books, two case studies, a chapter in book and published 6 international articles and delivering papers at 32 conferences world-wide. He is an industrial psychologist, international teacher and is acting as visiting professor. Mario holds two counseling diplomas, two master’s degrees, (M Econ and MBA) and completed his PhD as well as DBA in Organizational Behavior and Business Administration. He has presented People Management practices 44 times consecutively to MBA students and trained about 2000 participants of which 300 MBA students in Emotional Intelligence. He is currently the Crown Financial Ministries Marketplace program Director for Africa as well as the Africa Director for FCCI (The Fellowship for Companies for Christ International)
Mario uses his strong Christian, academic, corporate background and his uniquely effective coaching to help people tap into their inner being to utilize their strengths and expand their skills and to make a difference in the workplace. He teaches people management, leadership, emotional and spiritual intelligence, and organizational behavior and change management. He is an optimist who possesses a passion for people and tutoring and a real love for life. He has devoted his career so far to people management and facilitating complex and perpetual change.
He attended the Haggai international training in Maui, Hawaii 2004, the Faculty Development training in Singapore in 2005 and is actively involved in training at the local Haggai group in Cape Town. Mario is married with Mariene since 1979 and has three sons; Du Wayne married to Zani, Desmond and Marinus. To God all the Glory.

Bill Moeny, Director of Prayer Ministry
Bill came to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ after receiving his Master of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. He came to Christ as a scientist, carefully examining the evidence. It was a decision based upon the logic of faith in Jesus Christ. Bill worked as a research scientist, first for the Navy and then for the Air Force Weapons Laboratory in Albuquerque, NM. In 1977, Bill and two other partners formed Tetra Corporation as a company for Christ with God as the fourth and senior partner of the corporation.
It was not until Bill joined FCCI in 1977, that he really began to understand what it meant to run a company for Christ. The training and equipping received from FCCI has truly been life-changing, a significant instrument of growth in his life as a Christian. Tetra Corporation is a small new-product development corporation, developing new mining and drilling equipment based on proprietary technology invented and owned by Tetra Corporation. Having God as the CEO of Tetra is a major benefit in inventing and developing new mining machines.
Bill previously served as volunteer Regional Director for the Southwest Region and as Small Group Leader Training Director for FCCI, in addition to his full-time work as president and chief scientist of Tetra Corporation. He leads an FCCI Business Leadership Group in Albuquerque, NM, and also teaches an Experiencing God course by Henry Blackaby. Bill and Mary Lee have been married for 45 years, and have three adult children and four grandsons.
